Seller and contact
EIRVEN is the storefront name used on this website. The proposed seller for this draft is 1001670788 ONTARIO INC., identified in the supplied Ontario incorporation articles. Its role as the seller and its public business address and telephone number must be confirmed before these terms take effect.
Customer support and privacy contact details have not yet been configured. The final terms and checkout must provide a working contact for questions, cancellation notices and remedies. Include your order number when contacting us. These terms, the Refunds & cancellations policy and the Shipping policy are intended to form the terms of a purchase together with its agreed design, price and delivery details.
What you purchase
You purchase one physical ring made to order using your selected place and map area, terrain orientation and relief, ring form, metal, finish, engraving and physical size. Available metals are 925 sterling silver, 9k yellow gold and 14k yellow gold. Review all selections and correct errors before paying.
A digital preview, share image or downloadable preview is a representation of the design. It is not a finished ring, a manufacturing approval, a survey or a promise to reproduce every feature of a landscape. Purchasing a ring does not transfer ownership of our software, manufacturing files or third-party map and terrain data.
Your order and payment
Saving a design or viewing a quote does not place a paid order. An order is placed when your payment succeeds for the saved design and the total you authorize at checkout. You authorize full prepayment for a custom ring to be supplied later, subject to the manufacturing review below. A pending or unsuccessful payment does not authorize production. Stripe and its payment service providers process the payment for us.
The order records the saved design and server-confirmed quote used for payment. Later edits in the studio do not change that order. If a quote expires or your choices change before payment, review the refreshed quote. A payment confirmation acknowledges the order; it does not mean the design has passed manufacturing review or that a ring has been dispatched.
You must have legal capacity to enter this purchase and authority to use the payment method. Keep your contact details accurate and check your account for order status. Ask us for assistance if a payment is confirmed but your order status has not updated; do not pay again solely because a confirmation is delayed.
Price, currency and taxes
New prices, quotes and payments are in Canadian dollars (CAD). The server quote is the ring price before applicable sales tax. Shipping to a Canadian delivery address is included. Checkout shows any applicable tax and the final total before you authorize payment. Your card issuer may independently charge currency conversion or other fees if your account uses another currency.
The price paid is not increased because of later changes in metal prices or our price book. Any requested change with an additional cost requires a separate quote and your agreement before we charge it. We will not substitute a different metal, size or design to correct a pricing error. If we cannot fulfil the agreed order, we will explain and offer a full refund rather than impose a higher price.
Manufacturing review after payment
Payment can proceed before terrain data, a finished 3D model or manufacturing checks are complete. After payment we check whether the design can be made, and resolve any required sizing information before production. Successful checkout does not guarantee that every design can be manufactured.
We will seek your express approval before any material change to the selected place or map area, form, relief, metal, finish, engraving or size. You may decline a proposed change. If we cannot make the agreed design, we will cancel and refund the full amount paid, including applicable tax. We will not require you to accept a substitute or store credit. A proposed change does not authorize production until you agree.
Manufacturing partners and order changes
We remain the seller and may use specialist manufacturing and delivery partners to fulfil your order. Orders may be passed to a manufacturing partner automatically after successful payment for review and fulfilment. Once that partner has committed to custom production, we may be unable to stop or alter the ring. Check all choices before paying; there is no guaranteed period for voluntary changes or cancellation after payment.
Receipt of an order for review is distinct from commitment to custom production. Payment confirmation, a digital production file or an automated notification does not by itself establish that manufacture has started. The design must pass manufacturing review and any required final size confirmation before physical manufacture. A requested change does not amend or cancel the order unless we confirm it, except for a cancellation that takes effect under applicable law.
Using a manufacturing or delivery partner does not remove our obligations to you as the seller, including the remedies required for a defect, seller error, inability to fulfil or qualifying delivery failure. We handle your order enquiries and applicable refunds and remedies; you are not required to pursue the manufacturing partner instead.
Sizing and information you supply
You are responsible for accurately selecting the intended location, engraving, ring size and delivery details. Check engraving spelling, punctuation and capitalization. Measure the intended finger using a suitable ring sizer; fit can vary with band width, temperature and personal preference. A screen preview cannot verify physical fit.
If you choose size later, confirm the physical size on your account order page after payment while the order is waiting for review. The form shows the size system, label and internal diameter. Check these before confirming: the saved confirmation cannot be edited in that form. Contact us immediately if you notice an error. Production must wait for the required size confirmation.
The original paid design remains recorded. A size-later confirmation records the final physical size separately, with the corresponding adjustment to ring dimensions and relief proportions. It is reviewed before manufacturing; the original preview is not a promise of identical proportions at a different size. Confirming a size alone does not approve or release a ring for manufacture.
If we make the ring in the wrong agreed size or use information incorrectly, we are responsible for the appropriate remedy. If it matches the agreed size but does not fit because the size you supplied was incorrect, resizing or a remake may be chargeable and may not be possible. We will explain any available option and cost before you agree.
Preview and reasonable manufacturing variation
Map and elevation sources have finite resolution and may be incomplete or out of date. Very small terrain features and recent shoreline changes may not be captured. Relief is scaled to the ring and may be exaggerated relative to the real landscape. Screens, lighting and magnification affect apparent colour, brightness, scale and texture.
Casting, polishing and finishing may soften the finest terrain or engraving details and create minor surface or finish differences. Only reasonable, non-material differences consistent with the agreed design are permitted. This does not allow a different metal, materially different terrain, incorrect engraving, an incorrect agreed size, structural defects or poor workmanship. No numerical manufacturing tolerance is established by this draft.
Use, care and alterations
Precious-metal jewellery can scratch, tarnish or deform through wear, impact, chemicals or unsuitable use. Take reasonable care of your ring. Damage caused by misuse or an independent alteration is distinct from an original manufacturing defect. An alteration does not remove rights concerning an unrelated defect.
Contact us before commissioning resizing or repairs if you want us to assess a problem. We do not promise that every terrain design or engraving can be resized. Do not continue wearing a ring with a sharp edge, crack or other potential safety problem; contact us for assessment.
Your content and lawful use
You retain any rights you hold in text or other content you provide. You give us only the permission needed to save and display your design, produce the ring, provide a preview you choose to share, and support the order. This is not permission to use your private design or engraving in advertising without your separate consent.
Submit content you are entitled to use and that is lawful. Do not infringe another person's rights, attempt to access someone else's account or designs, or disrupt the service. We may decline unlawful or infringing content; if we cannot fulfil a paid order for that reason, we will refund it. Our website, software and original materials remain protected by their owners' intellectual property rights. Third-party map and terrain licences continue to apply.
Responsibility and limits
We remain responsible for supplying the agreed ring and for remedies required by applicable law. To the extent the law permits, we are not liable for business losses or indirect losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when you ordered, and our total liability concerning an affected order is limited to its total purchase price.
Those limits do not restrict refunds, repairs, replacements or damages you are entitled to under mandatory law; liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or gross negligence; or personal injury or property damage caused by our fault. For Quebec consumers, they do not limit liability for the consequences of our own acts or those of our representatives. No provision excludes statutory warranties or requires you to waive a payment dispute, court remedy or consumer protection.
Events beyond reasonable control
Serious events beyond our reasonable control, such as a natural disaster or widespread transport disruption, may delay performance. We will tell you about a material effect on your order and take reasonable steps to resolve it. This is not an indefinite extension, permission to retain payment for an order we cannot fulfil, or an excuse for avoidable errors. The delay and cancellation protections in the Shipping policy and applicable law still apply.
Consumer rights and applicable law
Mandatory consumer rights in your province or territory, including rights relating to product quality, delivery, cancellation, refunds and payment disputes, prevail over inconsistent wording here. A custom-made product is not exempt from these protections merely because it is personalized.
Ontario is the proposed seller's province identified in the supplied incorporation articles. A governing-law clause remains subject to confirmation of the seller's role and local legal review. This draft does not select an exclusive court, impose mandatory arbitration or waive class proceedings. You retain access to courts, regulators and payment-provider procedures available under applicable law. Contacting us is encouraged but is not a condition of exercising those rights.
Order terms and later updates
The terms agreed for an order continue to govern that order. A later website update does not retrospectively change its price, design, cancellation rights or delivery commitments. Any mutually agreed amendment must be recorded separately. Existing orders and open historical payment sessions retain their recorded currency and terms; a closed session under a previous sales policy cannot be reopened under new-sales rules.
If a provision cannot legally be enforced, it is ineffective to that extent and the remaining provisions continue where lawful. This does not authorize us to replace an invalid provision with a harsher one or remove a mandatory consumer remedy.
