What we collect
We collect the account details you give us, your saved designs and selected locations, the terrain data used for your rings, and your order records, including contact and delivery details. If you report a problem, we use the details and photographs you provide to investigate it. We also keep technical logs needed to run the site. When you pay, you enter your card details directly with Stripe. EIRVEN does not receive your full card details.
Why we use it
We use your information to save and show your ring, calculate prices, fulfil orders, answer questions and keep the service working safely. Technical requests can include your IP address for hosting, security and abuse prevention. We do not use IP geolocation to set prices or restrict browsing. All new prices are in CAD and delivery is available within Canada. Your saved locations are private unless you choose to share them.
The services we use
Railway hosts our website and backend. Supabase hosts our PostgreSQL database and private file storage for account, design, order and optional analytics records and ring models. Stripe processes payments when checkout is available, and our email provider delivers sign-in links. Map, place-search and terrain providers receive the requests needed to show your chosen landscape.
Processing and order support
Our service providers, including Stripe, may transfer, process and store personal information outside Canada, where it may be accessible to courts, law enforcement or other authorities under local law. We share the information needed to fulfil an order with manufacturing and delivery providers, and relevant order and communication records with payment providers when handling fraud, refunds or disputes. This does not make your private design public. The working privacy contact will be identified in the final policy; it is not yet configured in this draft.
Cookies and analytics
We use essential session cookies to keep you signed in and connect your designs to checkout. Product analytics, interface replay and campaign attribution are independent optional choices. They start only after consent and stop when you withdraw it using Cookies. Accept enables all three; Decline turns all three off. Customize lets you choose each one independently. EIRVEN stores this information in its database and private storage hosted by Supabase; no analytics or advertising provider receives it. Analytics includes actions, ring option codes, errors, timings and coarse device information. Replay samples public control layouts, with user text, inputs, URLs, map and 3D pixels excluded. Campaign tags and supported ad click identifiers require campaign attribution consent. Browser activity can be linked to your saved designs and orders, and to your account after sign-in. We keep essential payment, refund and security records independently.
Sharing a preview
You decide whether to share a preview. Anyone with the link can view that saved design for seven days, unless you turn the link off sooner in the studio. We hide the place details and engraving unless you include them; the landscape itself stays visible. The link does not allow editing or ordering and does not reveal contact details, payment information or manufacturing files. Turning off a link cannot remove copies someone has already made.
Retention and control
Optional raw events and sessions are retained for up to 90 days, sampled replay for 7 days, and consent choices for 365 days. Your essential preference cookie expires after 180 days. Operational business facts are kept for 365 days; the original financial records follow tax and order-support obligations. Report aggregates are computed from retained events. You can export or delete optional analytics below. Withdrawal stops future capture; deletion also removes stored analytics and replay linked to this browser or your signed-in account. We keep design and order records while your account is active or we need them to support an order. You can ask for a copy, a correction or deletion of your information through the privacy contact identified in the final policy. That contact is not yet configured in this draft. We may need to retain some records for tax, fraud prevention or order support.
Your information is not for sale
We do not sell your personal information or use your saved locations for third-party advertising. We use service providers to carry out the functions described on this page.
